A: All Payments received prior to 2:30 pm are processed by the end of every business day. Payments made after 2:30 pm are processed the next day. Credentials are mailed the next business day. It can take 10-15 days for credentials to arrive via USPS. Please allow enough time to receive your credentials before the new quarter starts. Any Time a payment made after 2:30 PM CST, it is considered payment for the following business day. This can be VERY IMPORTANT if you are behind paying your dues.

Also, no “working dues” can be paid through the automated system.
A: On the login screen, click “Forgot password” and follow the instructions. A new password will be e-mailed to you and you will need to reset it the next time you log in.
