The Illinois Secretary of State will be on site again this year for the 2025 Benefits & Health Fair. The 2025 Benefits Fair will take place on Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the IBEW/NECA Technical Institute, located at 6201 W. 115th Street, Alsip, IL 60803. The Secretary of State does require prior registration. To reserve a time slot for this event, please get in touch with Mary Danaher at 312-474-4173 or via email mdanaher@local134.org.

The Mobile DMV will offer the following:

Driver's License - Standard and REAL•• (First time, Renewal, Duplicate, Corrected)

State ID Cards - Standard and REAL••(First time, Renewal, Duplicate, Corrected)

Vehicle Registration Stickers

Organ & Tissue Donor & Voter Registration (With processing of a Driver's License or State ID)

Please note that written and road tests are not available at Mobile DMV Events.

Driver's License and State ID transactions will require a new photo to be taken.

Acceptable forms of payment are

Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Cedit and Debit Cards (please note processing fees do apply when using these methods of payment)

Personal Check/Money Order
