The Illinois Secretary of State has recently authorized the sale of the “Combat Infantryman Badge” License Plate.
To order the plates, you must fill out the “Specialty License Plates Request” form (see attached) and mail it to Springfield along with a copy of your DD 214 and the appropriate fee.
