The IBEW Unity fund was established in 2011 as a dedicated source of funding to fight battles over collective bargaining rights, right to work legislation and other labor issues that threaten good american jobs and weaken the labor movement. Since this time, the Unity Fund has expanded to assist members on strike and members that have suffered loss from natural disaters.
