    October 23, 2017 Richmond, VA President-Business Manager Brad Stevens submitted comments to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in support of adopting the proposed Grid Reliability and Resiliency Pricing rule. The rule, in short, would require operators of organized markets to "ensure that certain reliability and resiliency attributes of electric generation sources are fully valued". This rule would have an positive impact on premature closure of coal and nuclear generation plants across the country.

The reservation list is being activated to achieve the required caseload average by attrition. No one currently receiving ERDC will lose eligibility for the program.
